Notify me when Paypal transaction requires manual review

Paypal integration is live! With that we’re also introducing this new recipe to allow our Merchants to effectively process Paypal transactions.

We noticed that in certain instances, Paypal will hold a higher risk transaction (called a gateway hold) and requires you to manually approve the transaction from your Paypal transaction dashboard. These transactions stay in a pending state until you provide instruction, meaning if you’re not monitoring your Paypal dashboard regularly, you may not be aware of transactions that need your attention!

This recipe will send you a notification when a Paypal transaction is put on hold, so that you can quickly close the sale in your Paypal platform.
